Justin Lee Lawrence

Justin L. Lawrence is the managing partner of Lawrence & Associates Accident and Injury Lawyers, LLC, the successful law firm he founded in 2005. Along the way, Justin has started and built up the firm’s practice areas in personal injury, worker’s compensation, social security, wrongful death, and bankruptcy. Justin was also honored with the Alex P. Hotchkiss Award for outstanding Chapter Justice, and the Hoffman Chapter was awarded the international Stanley H. Kohn Award for best chapter.

Justin Lawrence has been named a Super Lawyer by Thompson Reuters every year since becoming eligible in 2018! “Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. This selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations.” Before this, Thompson Reuters named Justin a Rising Star in each year from 2014 through 2017. This honor is bestowed on only 2.5% of the best up-and-coming attorneys in Kentucky and Ohio who have been practicing 10 or fewer years.

Justin has years of experience in making sure his clients recover or save the maximum amount possible under the circumstances of their case. Sometimes this means representing injured men and women in civil cases against insurance companies and large corporations. Sometimes it means saving a family’s home. Regardless of the case, Justin is responsible for over one hundred million dollars paid to his clients in settlements and verdicts, paid in ongoing benefits, and saved from shady creditors. More importantly, Justin is passionate about the idea that law firms should provide better customer service and has ensured that his firm is more responsive than its peers, with a higher staff to client ratio than other large plaintiff’s personal injury practices.

Associations/Organizations

Justin has taken leadership roles with the Kentucky Justice Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and the Kentucky Bar Association. Justin has previously been a member of the American Association for Justice and was appointed to the Kentucky Early Intervention System Interagency Coordinating Counsel by Governors Beshear and Bevin. He continues to be active as a member of the Salmon P. Chase Inns of Court and was the alumni adviser to his Phi Alpha Delta chapter for thirteen years. He regularly practices in Kentucky and Ohio and has also won awards in Pennsylvania and Indiana. In addition to Justin’s professional memberships, he was on Redwood’s Board of Trustees and is active with the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati. Redwood is a school that helps children and adults with disabilities grow and live to their fullest potential, including entering the workforce and living independently. The Down Syndrome Association provides aid and support to individuals with Down Syndrome and their families.

Personal Life

Justin lives in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky with his wife, Michelle, his son, Gabriel, and his daughter, Alyssa. He enjoys sports and physical activity, and travels whenever he can. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and recently took a step back from several extracurricular leadership roles to spend more time with his kids.

Justin usually focuses his work training attorneys and staff and focuses on giving his attorneys an environment that allows for the best possible client experience with the best possible case outcomes.
