So, Property and Casualty Insurance is the insurance coverage that, in essence, covers your stuff—your real property. This includes the home you live in. If you’re a landlord or a commercial entity, it covers the property that you own. If you’re a tenant, it covers the property that you rent. It also includes the personal property within that home.
