In Ohio, you have two years to file almost any type of personal injury claim. Kentucky’s a little harder. They give you one year for most types of personal injury claims. And if you’ve been in a motor vehicle collision, they’ll give you 2 years from the date of your injury or the date of the last original PIP payment.
