We provide 8 paid vacation days every year.
Paid Time Off
Employees working 40 hours per week earn over two weeks of PTO in every year.
Employees can be considered full-time when working at least 75 hours over a two week pay period.
Health insurance stipend
Lawrence & Associates pays up to $300/month for purchased health insurance or the cost of adding yourself to a spouse’s plan.
Qualified employees have access to an HSA to offset medical costs and tax burdens.
Profit Sharing 401(k)
The firm pays 3% or more of your annual income to your 401(k) as a profit share!
In addition to housing your 401k and HSA at Fidelity to maximize your options, the firm also provides a financial planner to help you plan your investments wisely.

Hybrid and Remote work availability
