How The Program Works
Taking part in the “Arrive Alive” program is simple:
Complete the form below to reserve your voucher.
You’ll be routed to Uber’s website to receive your voucher, which will be active on New Year’s Eve.
The voucher will appear in your wallet after accepting it. Apply it to your Uber trip on New Year's Eve in the Cincinnati or Fort Mitchell area.

How To Use Vouchers
Make sure that you have the latest versions of the Uber app download. Then, click the button for your location on this page and sign in to your Uber account to request your voucher. It will automatically populate in your account for use between December 31st at 9:00pm and January 1st at 4:00am.
Check your email or text messages for a voucher link sent from Lawrence & Associates and sign in using your personal credentials.
The voucher will appear in your Wallet.
Apply your voucher when requesting a trip on December 31st starting from 9 PM to 4 AM on January 1st.
*Rides will be covered up to $25. If the ride exceeds $25, it is the rider’s responsibility to cover the remainder of the cost. While supplies last.
