Claudia is a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Lawrence & Associates Accident and Injury Lawyers, LLC.
Prior to beginning her career as an attorney, Claudia attended law school at the University of Dayton School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. During the years Claudia attended the University of Dayton School of Law, she was a volunteer for the university’s on-site Immigration Clinic, offering Spanish translation services as a native Spanish-speaker. Claudia was also a member of the residential law school criminal law clinic where she interned for the Federal Public Defender’s Office and was granted a limited license to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio Western Division, representing clients with misdemeanor offenses.
While attending Nazareth College of Rochester, she interned for Senior Partner Roberta Williams at Cayuga Law Group, PC in Auburn, New York, shadowing attorneys from various practice areas and conducting legal research. Thereafter, she continued to explore her interest in law by interning at the office of Teen Court of Rochester which assisted the courts for Monroe County in providing restorative justice alternatives for teenagers age 16-18 with first time misdemeanor offenses. She also interned for the Honorable Richard A. Dollinger, a judge of the New York Court of Claims, assigned to the Seventh Judicial District as an acting Supreme Court Justice in the matrimonial part before his retirement in December 2021.
