What Are Common Types of Truck Driver Negligence?

When I see a collision involving a tractor trailer, the most common types of negligence I see could fall into what you would consider bad driving, just like anybody who’s behind the wheel. But it can also involve violations of the federal motor or carrier safety regulations. That sets forth how long a driver can drive before taking rests. It sets out how much sleep a driver has to have before they can get back behind the wheel and a million other things that frequently get violated because the companies and the truckers are paid based on the speed of the delivery and the number of miles they get per day.
