Who Is Liable for a Dog Bite Injury?

If you’re bitten by a dog, generally the owner or harborer of the dog is going to be responsible for that injury. An owner is a pretty obvious term, but a harborer is just the person who’s keeping the dog even if they don’t technically own it.
