Katie started her career as a Litigation Attorney at Lawrence & Associates in 2022. She is licensed to practice in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio Bar Association.
Prior to beginning her career as an attorney, Katie worked full-time as a Litigation Paralegal for over three years, while attending law school in the evenings.
Katie attended Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she was a Henry Clay Merit Scholar and a member of the W. Bruce Lunsford Honors Program. During law school, Katie was an editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review for two years, and her writing was selected for publication in the March 2021 Symposium Journal. Katie was selected as a pupil member of the Salmon P. Chase Inn of Court for the 2021 – 2022 academic year. Katie also volunteered in the Juvenile Court Street Law program during law school. Katie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University, graduating magna cum laude.
Katie grew up in Oldham County, Kentucky, just outside Louisville, and moved to Northern Kentucky after starting law school.
