“We created a client bill of rights so that our clients would have a better understanding of what they should expect from any law firm they hire for any reason. We post the bill of rights online a lot because we want people to understand that they do deserve to know how the money from a settlement is being divided up. They do deserve a certain level of communication. And if they’re not getting the things that are contained in those 10 bill of rights, then they should think about moving on from the law firm they’re with to a different one that can accommodate those needs.”
